Your information is used exclusively to deliver the Resume Roast service. Uploaded resumes are processed through our analysis engine and are not stored permanently. Results are delivered via email and, for members, displayed on-screen.
Uploaded files and analysis results are retained for a maximum of 48 hours to ensure delivery, after which they are automatically deleted. Your email address is retained for service communications unless you request removal.
We use trusted third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and data analysis. These services have their own privacy policies and handle data in accordance with industry standards.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will process your request within 30 days.
